A little about me...

My name is Chrissie and I am the owner, maker, social media manager, and all other things behind Lola Paz Designs. What started as a fun and creative outlet has become a passion project and something where I've made amazing connections and have found great purpose.

My brand is very connected with my story. It encompasses my life journey, my learning and growth in spirituality, and the creative spark I ‘ve had since childhood. Self-taught, I love to play with all the components I use to design, make and assemble all my pieces. I am truly inspired by the beauty in and of nature and the world around us - shapes and structures, all things celestial, various materials and elements from stone to shell to metals - and that is strongly reflected in my pieces. I tend to use all types of materials – brass and plated metals, gemstones and crystals, glass, shell and many others. I just love creating and sharing those creations with those who appreciate it.

I am a suicide loss survivor, passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health, and am very involved with my local chapter of the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. I have helped organize items for the opportunity baskets for my local Out of the Darkness walk through outreach with other small businesses. I’ve also since donated portions of my sales for my yearly fundraisers. I continue to find purpose in sharing my story as a suicide loss survivor. Connection and community has helped me heal in this journey and I try to offer a safe space where others can connect as well.

I do various markets throughout the LA and OC areas and you can also find my jewelry in a few boutiques across the cities.
